Terms of Use and Purchase

These terms cover podveteran.com and the PodVeteran workshop and Founding Class, offered by Big Hangry Media LLC, 121 Rue De Yoe, Modesto, CA 95354. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
What you're getting
- Free live workshop: Thursday, Oct 29, 6 to 7 PM PT / 9 to 10 PM ET, with a replay for registrants.
- PodVeteran Founding Class ($197 founding price): four live Thursday sessions Nov 5, Nov 12, Nov 19 and Dec 3, 2026, at 6 PM Pacific. Every session is recorded. Includes the self-paced course when it's released. 12 seats.
Dates, times and prices are as shown on the site when you buy. If we ever have to move a live session, we'll tell you in advance and the recording stays available.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
If the first session isn't for you, email ed@bighangrymedia.com before Week 2 and you'll get a full refund.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you publish on your podcast and social channels, including following the laws that apply to your content.
No guaranteed results
We teach methods that work for us. We don't promise any specific income, leads, time saved or business results.
Our content
Course videos, worksheets, prompts and templates are for your own business use. Please don't resell or publicly share them.
Live sessions
Sessions may be recorded. Please be respectful. We can remove anyone who disrupts a session.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in Stanislaus County, California.
